I'm Lindsey Mangold, your global travel agent. All-inclusive resorts, ocean and river cruises, Europe and worldwide itineraries, destination weddings, Disney trips, and my signature Vino Vacay wine-country escapes, planned for couples, families, and multi-generational groups. You tell me the why. I handle every single how. First step is a quick, no-obligation call, usually within one business day.
Meet Lindsey
Hi — I'm Lindsey. I've been planning trips for friends, friends-of-friends, bachelorette parties, growing families, and "we've never left the country before, please help" couples and multi-generational crews for years. Somewhere along the way it stopped being a side gig and became Your Global Travel Agent.
My specialty is the part most people quietly hate: the planning. The 19 tabs, the conflicting reviews, the "is this resort safe," the "which cruise ship is actually nice," the "what month is hurricane season in Cabo." I'll already know. And because I'm a Signature Travel Network member, I already know which suppliers throw in the room upgrade, the spa credit, the welcome bottle, the late checkout — the perks you can't book on your own.
And then there's Vino Vacay — my signature wine-country program for small groups, couples, and ladies-only escapes. Napa, Sonoma, Tuscany, Bordeaux, Mendoza, Stellenbosch. Real vineyards, real winemakers, real long lunches.

Where People Start
Save yourself the stress and let me plan a vacation you actually remember. Most folks message me first, then we hop on a quick call. Here's where they usually start.
Caribbean · Mexico · Punta Cana
Everything included, nothing to decide once you land. I match you to the right brand, the right resort, and the right room — not the one whose ad found you first.
See Tropical Trips
Napa · Sonoma · Bordeaux · Tuscany
My signature program. Real vineyards, real winemakers, real long lunches — built for couples, small groups, and ladies-only escapes. This is the trip people book me for.
Discover Vino Vacay
Orlando · Disney · Universal · SeaWorld
A certified Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld advisor for the tickets, the right hotel, dining, and a day-by-day plan so the trip feels magical instead of exhausting. I handle the logistics; you handle the memories.
Plan a Park TripTropical Destinations
Hawaii, Costa Rica, the Caribbean. The warm-weather trips I quote most — matched to your pace, your budget, and your people. Tell me your dates and who's coming, and I'll tell you what's realistic.
Oahu · Maui · Kauai · Big Island
Four islands, and they're not interchangeable. Maui for the road to Hana and the resorts, Kauai for the quiet, Oahu for the history and the food. I match the island to your trip, plus the luau that's actually worth the ticket.
Arenal · Manuel Antonio · Guanacaste
Arenal for the volcano and the hot springs, Manuel Antonio for monkeys on the beach, Guanacaste for the dry-season sun. I build the itinerary that mixes the zip-lines, the sloths, and the slow mornings exactly how you want them.
Bahamas · Jamaica · Turks & Caicos
One resort here is adults-only quiet. The one next door is secretly a water park with a kids' club. Tell me which one you're after and I'll point you to the right beach in the Bahamas, Jamaica, or Turks and Caicos.
Cruises
Ocean voyages, river sailings, and bucket-list expedition cruises: Antarctica, the Galápagos, the Seychelles, South America. If your picture of a cruise is a floating mall with a few thousand strangers, that's the wrong ship. There are smaller, quieter ones. Tell me who's sailing and what you want out of it.
Caribbean · Alaska · Panama Canal
Not all balconies are equal. I know which cabin category is worth the bump, which deck rocks the least in rough water, which dining packages pay off, and which excursions to book through the ship versus on your own — Caribbean, Alaska, Mediterranean, or a full Panama Canal transit.
Danube · Rhine · Nile · Mekong
The slow, scenic way to travel, unpacking done once: the Danube and Rhine, the Nile through ancient Egypt, the Mekong through Southeast Asia. The lines vary a lot on what's actually included. Some bundle every excursion and the drinks; others charge you onshore. I match the line and the sailing date to the trip you're picturing.
Global Travel
If you can dream it, I can build it — and I probably already know a supplier who does it better than the algorithm thinks.
Italy · France · Danube · Rhine
One of the trips I plan most — multi-city land itineraries and high-end European river cruises down the Danube, Rhine, and Douro. The trip you've been "saving for someday," built right, down to the dinner reservation.
View Europe
Kenya Safari · Cape Town · Egypt
A bucket-list safari in Kenya, the vibrant cities of South Africa, the ancient wonders of Egypt. A trip-of-a-lifetime itinerary, planned end to end so the only thing you have to think about is the view.
View Africa
Japan · Thailand · Vietnam · Mekong
Serene temples in Thailand, the neon of Tokyo, a small-ship Mekong river cruise through Vietnam and Cambodia. Flavors, cultures, and breathtaking sights, with every detail handled so the trip runs smooth.
View Asia
Dubai · Jerusalem · Istanbul
Dubai's skyline and the desert dunes in the same day, the old city of Jerusalem, the markets of Istanbul. I handle the guides, the timing, and the dress-code questions nobody warns you about.
View Middle East
Peru · Patagonia · Amazon · Mendoza
Machu Picchu at sunrise, Patagonia's peaks, the Amazon by riverboat, Malbec country in Mendoza. The altitude and the distances need real planning, so I sequence it so your body and your itinerary both keep up.
View South America
Belize · Costa Rica · Honduras · Panama
Belize reefs, Costa Rica rainforest, Honduras cruise stops, the Panama Canal. Beach, jungle, and adventure within easy reach of Houston — booked so the wildlife and the downtime both make the cut.
View Central America
Australia · New Zealand · Fiji
The Australia / New Zealand / Fiji combo, done as one smooth journey. Once-in-a-lifetime distances handled so the trip feels effortless.
View South PacificCloser to home, I do plenty of North America too: Canada by luxury rail, Alaska in season, Hawaii most months, California wine country, and Mexico year-round. Don't see your dream trip? I plan worldwide. If I haven't personally been, I know someone who has, plus a supplier who'll take care of you when you land.
Tell Me Where You Want To GoWeddings & Honeymoons
Toes in the sand or a castle in the Greek isles, I run the logistics so you get to be a guest at your own wedding.
Riviera Maya · Negril · Greek Isles · Bora Bora
From a 14-person elopement in Tulum to an 80-person resort takeover in Negril. I coordinate room blocks, RSVPs, ceremony logistics, and the surprise sunset sail you didn't know was an option.
Bora Bora · Maldives · Santorini · Maui
Overwater bungalows, private plunge pools, sunset sails, and "we're celebrating" notes that show up at every meal. You've already won — the trip should feel like it.
Cabo · Punta Cana · Napa · Nashville
Twelve women on the group chat. Twelve flight times. Twelve dinner preferences. I book the resort block, the welcome dinner, the boat day, and the spa morning. You enjoy the trip — not the spreadsheet.
Signature Program
My signature program for wine-country travel — vineyard stays, harvest-season escapes, sommelier-led tastings, and small-group trips for couples, friend groups, and bachelorette weekends. Built for people who want the trip to taste as good as it looks. And you don't have to know a thing about wine to love it. That part's my job.
Where I take Vino Vacay travelers —
Bordeaux & Provence

Napa & Sonoma
Upscale wine-country hotels + Calistoga spa + private barrel-room tasting
Tuscany
Chianti stay with a sommelier-led Brunello vertical
Mendoza
High-altitude Malbec country + an Andean steak dinner
Stellenbosch
Cape winelands + a safari extension if you're game
Fredericksburg, TX
Texas Hill Country tasting rooms — an easy weekend from Houston
Douro & Portugal

Once a month I host the Travel Club: good food, a featured destination, and travelers swapping stories about where to go next. It's grown into the best part of what I do. Open to anyone, in person here in the Magnolia area or online from anywhere.
A new destination every month
One evening, one part of the world: Africa one month, river cruises the next, with a real spread and a relaxed local spot. Come hungry, come curious.
Virtual Cruise Nights
Can’t make it in person, or live out of town? Hop on a Virtual Cruise Night from your couch and see the same trips, live.
First dibs on group trips
Members hear about hosted group cruises and departures before they fill, and travel together with a familiar group.
Already host group trips you can join too. See current departures, or join the conversation in my Facebook group.
I'll email you the moment the next dinner or Virtual Cruise Night is on the calendar. No spam, no pressure.

How I Help
You get a planner with real supplier relationships — the upgrades, group rates, and amenities the booking sites never show you, plus a real person on call while you\'re on the trip.
Caribbean, Mexico, ocean and river cruises. Same price you'd pay online, except I add the supplier upgrades, group rates, and welcome amenities you can't book yourself.
Europe, Costa Rica, Hawaii, safari, Asia, Australia. The trips with too many moving parts to "just book online" — flights, transfers, multi-stop logistics, and the dinner reservation that books out three months ahead.
Weddings, milestone celebrations, family reunions, bachelorette weekends, corporate incentive trips. Room blocks, RSVP coordination, on-site logistics, and a single point of contact for the whole group.
My Approach
I believe every journey should be as unique as the traveler. My approach is simple: I listen first. Tell me the why behind the trip and I'll handle the how. Understanding what you actually want lets me build an itinerary that fits you, not a template.
Booking it yourself works right up until it doesn't. The wrong cabin, the loud side of the resort, the upgrade you missed by booking direct: those are the costly mistakes, and they're the ones I catch before they happen. Deep supplier knowledge and a network of contacts I've built over years, all of it pointed at one trip: yours. So you come home with the trip you pictured, not a story about what went wrong.
I listen first
Your dreams and preferences come before any itinerary.
I plan it right
Deep supplier knowledge and a global network, applied to your trip.
I have your back
In-destination support so a hiccup never becomes a crisis.
Why Not Just Book Online
You're probably wondering whether an advisor actually saves you anything. Fair question. So here's the honest comparison, every moment of the trip: you with a booking site, versus you with me in your corner. The cheap booking is the expensive one when the trip goes sideways.
One thing I'll always be straight about: there's a planning fee for my time, and it keeps my hours on travelers who are actually going instead of endless price-shopping. The commission is already baked into the resort or cruise price whether you use me or not, and the Signature upgrades and credits I get you often offset what you pay me. Book direct and the line just keeps my share. You get the same base price, none of the perks, and no one in your corner when something breaks.

How It Works
The first step is small: one message, then a quick call, no obligation. Most clients go from that first message to a fully-booked trip in under two weeks. Here's the rhythm.
Drop your dream, your dates, and your travelers in the contact form. The more detail the better. I plan from your vision, not a template.
A quick 15-minute call to start, so I can ask the questions Google won't: pace, vibe, dietary needs, anniversaries to celebrate, things to skip, what "luxury" means to you specifically.
I send a focused proposal — usually 1–2 resort or itinerary options, not a 40-page PDF. It lays out the upgrades and credits you get, and exactly what's included.
A few rounds of back-and-forth, then I book everything — flights, transfers, dining, excursions, insurance. You don't touch a booking site.
Full itinerary, confirmations, contacts, and transfers. And real human support the whole way — before you go, while you're there, and after you're home. If something comes up mid-trip, you text me, not a 90-minute call-center hold. I'm not a 24/7 hotline myself, but you are never on your own: every supplier I book also carries a 24/7 emergency line, so help is always reachable.

"My wife and I got married in 2024 and Lindsey set us up at Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya, where we had an amazing experience. In June 2026 we celebrated my wife's 50th birthday at the Breathless Resort in Cancun, Mexico. Our kids and friends had an awesome time, filled with lots of love and laughs. If you want to party, this is the place to come — the swim-up rooms are a must, and we'll only do swim-up rooms on future trips. Still curious? Send me a note. I\'d rather answer a real question than leave one hanging.
Not at all. That's the point of working with me. You share the vision, the dates, and who's coming, and I handle the research, the bookings, the reservations, and the logistics. Most clients hand me an idea and get back a finished trip, with check-ins only where your input actually matters.
All-inclusive Caribbean and Mexico resorts, ocean, river, and expedition cruises, destination weddings, honeymoons, bachelorette getaways, Disney and Universal vacations, Costa Rica and Central America (Belize, Honduras, Panama), Hawaii and Alaska, North America including Canada by luxury rail, Africa safari, Europe and Asia itineraries, Australia / New Zealand / Fiji, South America, plus Vino Vacay, my signature wine-country travel program.
Vino Vacay is my signature program for wine-country travel: curated vineyard immersions, harvest-season trips, private tastings, sommelier-led tours, and small-group escapes to Napa, Sonoma, Tuscany, Bordeaux, Mendoza, Stellenbosch, and beyond. Built for clients who want the trip to taste as good as it looks. Follow @vacay_and_vino on Instagram and TikTok for the field reports.
A few reasons. First, perks you can't get on a booking site: as a Signature Travel Network member I can add upgrades, resort and onboard credits, welcome amenities, daily breakfast, and group rates that aren't published anywhere. Second, a real human when it counts. If a flight cancels or a resort overbooks, you call me, not a 90-minute hold line. Third, the price is usually the same either way. The commission is built into the trip whether you book through me or not, so going direct just hands the resort my share. As for whether I'm any good: 5.0 stars from 25 Google reviews, and I'm a member of IATAN, ASTA, and CLIA.
Submit a trip request → a quick 15-minute call → curated proposal within a few business days → refine the itinerary together → depart with everything in hand (flights, transfers, confirmations, my number for in-trip support, and your supplier's 24/7 emergency line). Most clients go from first message to fully-booked trip in under two weeks.
I'm based right here at 9311 FM 1488 Rd #30, Magnolia, TX 77354, serving Magnolia, The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, Conroe, Kingwood, and the greater Houston area, plus clients coast to coast (I've got travelers all over California, Washington, the East Coast, and the Midwest). We work by email, the trip form, video, and a scheduled call, plus in person when you're local. I plan trips worldwide regardless of where you live.
Yes, group travel is one of my favorites. Room blocks negotiated below published rates, RSVP and payment tracking, group transport, signature events. From 14-person elopements in Tulum to 80-person resort takeovers in Negril to cruise groups running into the hundreds, plus bachelorette weekends in Cabo, Punta Cana, and Napa.
You reach out and I jump in. A real number, a real human, reachable during the day, and I get on it the moment something breaks (I've answered a 7 a.m. flight scramble and fixed it before my client was even at the gate). For the middle of the night, every supplier I book carries a 24/7 emergency line, so you're never stranded, and I'm back on it the second I'm up. Flight cancellation, missed transfer, room swap at check-in, hurricane re-route. I work the supplier and insurance side while you focus on the trip. This is the part of the job a booking site simply does not do.
Sometimes, and I'll always tell you up front. If you already know the resort or cruise and your dates, that's a quick price-and-book with no fee. The fee shows up when the work is real research: "send me options for Jamaica, Mexico, or Curaçao," or "compare an Alaska cruise out of three ports across two lines." Building those takes real hours, so there's a planning fee. Honestly, it keeps my time on travelers who are actually going, not endless price-shopping. And the credits and upgrades I can pull as a Signature member often cover that fee or more. I won't promise that on every trip, but it happens a lot. Either way, you hear the number before I start. No surprises on the invoice.
